Everett, WA Anglicon has been canceled!

Well, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Anglicon has been canceled. http://www.anglicon.com/index.html?page=home I know of couple of you were thinking at least of going.

Thanks Keith, we knew already though. Our Androgum Pres had the inside scoop before it was even made official. Darn it, It would have been my first Anglicon too, Oh poop.

 

Behind the times, yet again. Well, maybe one of the bigger cons will be able to take on a few more panels or something.

 

I won't be going through withdrawals too badly, I am going to a con later this month called Foolscap, but now that Anglicon is cancelled, I will have to wait until January to attend Rustycon to get my con "fix"

I just got back from "Siberia" and found out about all the AngliCon news. Good and bad all at once. What a rollercoaster.

Aren't there any other conventions in October? In Washington, I mean. Isn't October/Halloween a big costuming time of year and the perfect excuse to party for three days?

What happenned with DreamCon?
