Is the clone wars mini-series considered canon? I remeber someone saying somewhere that it contradicts something. They are pretty cool though I like the animation a lot!

They're canon. They originally werent supposed to be, and then became canon...

The last four episodes contradict Labyrinth of Evil, which describes the lead up to ROTS differently..... as in Anakin and Obi being on Tythe and Nevlaan at the same time.....

But I loved General Grievous .vs. the Jedi....... and then he disappointed me in ROTS *cries*

Official word is that Anakin and Obi-Wan's scenes on Tythe in the novel actually take place before the Battle of Coruscant scenes. They go from Tythe to Nelvaan, apparently to keep Dooku and/or Grievous from joining the battle. It works...kinda.
