Is she really in TPM because I heard she was but I do not know who she would be unless she's the blonde handmaiden since the others do not look like her, and Padme's decoy was Keria Knightley not Anna Paquin. Can anyone clear this up???

That does not mean that you will find every actor who played a character in the movie. For example, there is no one credited as playing Darth Sidious. Furthermore, actors often make uncredited cameos in movies.

 

To my knowledge, no, she's not, but personally, I've always wondered how different the PT would be with Anna in the role of Padme instead of Natalie. *ducks*

Anna's pretty high profile since the success of the X movies. At least amongst the comic book fans, which compromise a huge portion of the Star Wars fans. I'm sure we would've had concrete proof if she had been a handmaiden. IIRC all of the actress's who portrayed handmaidens are credited.

 

Yeah she played Darth Maul, no seriously though I don't think she was, we would've known.

I've seen several artists use Anna's likeness for Jaina in their fanart, so maybe that started the rumor?
