Hou, TX Annoucement: changing things in the Officer's rank

Hello everyone. As you all know, Weaves stepped down as Treasurer two months back. Since then, Crystala, Queenie and I have been discussing how to proceed. We decided that we did need one or two new officers, but that the position of treasurer was not needed. So, we have come to two decisions thus far:
1) We're going to change officer titles. Now, Crystala is no longer Secretary and Queenie is no longer VP, instead, they are both "Fanforce Counciler Members." You see, the officers as a whole pretty much all do the same thing. My position is a little different since I'm the rep, and my position will remain the same, but for the most part, all officers share the same responsiblities. So, they're now sharing the same title.
2) We've added a new High Council Member, Fingorfin (Charles).

We may add a fifth officer, but this has not yet been decided upon. For the present, we're back to our normal number of officers, and are starting out in the new year hoping to make this our best.

 

I still say Buck should be the mascot
