In the next 24 hours it's highly likely I'm going to be demoted for failing to comply fully with an order from the site owners. Check the comms thread if you need more info on the situation, I don't think it needs to be rehashed here.

There's a pretty good chance Jeff 42 will also suffer the same fate.

Should Jeff and I both be fired, the new mods, at least in the short term, will be forum regulars and existing moderators Errant_Venture and The2ndQuest. Be good for them.

I'll still post in Games. And I'm also working for mixnmojo.com, if you're looking for me for any reason.

LOL. Anyway, I haven't changed my colors, but that doesn't mean I'm not involved. I've been protesting just as much as anyone, but I like my current colors, and changing them doesn't really accomplish anything. Don't be surprised if I'm demoted soon.

 

In the event jp and Jeff go down, Alexander Haig is in charge.

I'm sure this is comforting to all.

 

I think you both do (did) an excellent job and I hope you stick around. You guys make the gaming forum fun. Let's just hope they don't lure Preacherboy out of retirement.

The black colours are a sign of solidarity with the mods who refused to give the info. A completely useless one since wise doens't visit here nor most likely would he care if he did.

They're about as effective as anti-OPEC bumper stickers on SUVs.

Actually, a good deal of the mods who are black did give the info. The solidarity is the 'poor treatment, ridiculous situation' issue, not the 'give info' issue for most.

 

I'll be staying. The initial reason why I changed my colors was to fit in with everyone who switched theres. I had no idea it was to make a stand, which I found out later. Though until now I thought it was a show of support for my soon to be ex-mod friends. But apparently it was for only those who did not submit the info. Which I found out about two minutes ago by the way.
