Greetings, fellow debaters. In response to a widespread, prevailing forum opinion that some of the rules here in the Senate Floor are "overbearing" to the point of "stifling legitimate discourse," especially as a result of "overzealous moderating by jackbooted administrative fascists," we have opted to revise some of our policies in favor of brokering favor with the masses. To this effect:
    1. The minimum post length has been reduced to one sentence, from five.
    2. Citations are no longer required, except when referencing a trademarked work or published paper.
    3. Ad hominems are a bannable offense. Do not call fellow debaters idiots, morons, or "jackbooted administrative fascists."
No other rules have been altered. Users are reminded that liking posts is still strictly prohibited, with bannings and other harsh punishments fully possible as a result of disobedience.

Due to abuse, the ability to "like" posts in The Senate Floor has been disabled. I hope you are happy.
