I wasn't "busted" , except that I posted this Mike guy's PM response to me when I asked him if they were prepared to mod ALL 3SA discussion. I won't quote him, but he basically said they were here to only limit intellectual property, not regulate discussion.

 

We do, do we, Dave? If we don't, will we be assimilated?

No, I don't think they care about swearing or the ToS. Their concern seems to be solely restricting the posting of copyrighted material, like images or text. That's I've gotten from my conversations with them.

Which is the exact opposite of my main concern. I focus mostly on trying to keep things clean, and I don't give a **** if someone posts images.

 

Someone PM me the proff please!

Since I think most copyrighted material is distributed via PM, maybe they will ban anyone who has ever sent a PM!

And Dehrian, you guys have done a darn good job trying to keep it out. I understand why you would be mad about that.

Especially ironic in the sense that he is the most remarkably unfunny Clown-boy, ban-happy excrement-encrusted mod in the 3SA? Hilarious.

 

Errant_Venture, you might want to consider following Darth_Sinister out of the door. This team only has a place for those that are willing to follow our lead. As you clearly have so many issues with LFL helping out on 3SA, I suggest it's time for you to move on.

This was my biggest concern, and was the first thing I asked these new guys when they signed up. Where do you draw the line, and what are your duties going to entail. Like I posted in that PM a few minutes ago (despite what nate believes, subsequently removed because it was semi-sensitive and I don't have the authors permission) they don't seem at all interested in upholding the TOS or our various policies. They just want to keep the copyrighted material out. They are more than happy to let us continue moderating as normal. Or so they say. Personally I'm not so sure I wan't to work here if I have to constantly look over my shoulder.
