She can already act as if she is a twenty year old, other roles have already proven this, the equalizer is a prime example, she plays a 20 year old prostitute, in the last year she has gotten to look more like 18 than 16.

That is dirty when they do that photoshop trick to get these see-through shirt shots. Especially with underage girls.

 

I think it'd be interesting if Leia died, and that created friction between Han and Luke. Sure would make it easier for one of their offspring to go dark and give us a nice villain.

 

That would be both intriguing and tragic. Very interesting way to go with it.

Look at when it was posted: November 02, 2012.

That's three days after the Disney purchase was announced. Michael Ardnt was not hired yet. The script was not started.

They had no title at that time.

Slashfilm is now on my "not credible" list for reposting this rumor today. Sad.

 

I'd be OK with that. In my opinion Fisher is the weakest of the old crew. Easy way to work her out of the way. I think Han will be the one to die though.

Not saying it's true, but it could just be coincidental that the titles were the same.

 

But it would be a repeat of Shmi, and Anakin from AOTC, and Disney/LFL said it would be an original story.
Plus one of the Solo kids became a sith Lord in the EU, so they will probably avoid turning any Sky/Solos to the Dark side, so they won't be accused
of copying the PT, or yje EU.

 

Actually your info is incorrect. Michael Arndt was on board before the announcement. GL had already contacted the BIg 3 about appearing in the ST. The treatments were finished and Michael Arndt had written his own based on GL's. They easily could have had title ideas in mind. There's no info contradicting this.

In other words, this was in development long before we were told. I posted a lot of this in my old thread about Timeline of Facts and what we knew.

 

I agree with all of that, except Ardnt had a 40 page treatment of it done when they went to Disney. And had started on the script pretty shortly after. But ya they are not that credible.

I don't know what rumor site is credible at this point, since all they do is saying things, but LFL isn't confirming any thing to know if they are right.

 

Are you really surprised though? Germain reports every little rumor to get clicks. He posts unverifiable rumors and then doesn't reveal his sketchy sources until after the jump. He's notorious for it.

 

When people say a story is "original" they mean it's not adapted from a prior source. So when Disney said that the ST was going to be original, they meant it wasn't going to be an adaptation of any of the EU novels.

 

This are very very very little to NONE original concepts ideas anymore... why don't people realize this?

Ardnt was announced as the writer around November 9th. It was said that he had been on board since before the sale. As I have said numerous times these movies were going to happen with or without Disney.

 

End the hate brother. His income is dependent on how many readers/followers he has. Of course he cares about how many followers he has.

He got Affleck right due to a source.

 

I will end the hate for El Mayimbe when the Star Wars OS officially confirm his rumors to be accurate.
