Wouldn't it make more sense to throw your hands up in frustration?

Would anybody vote against throwing up hands?

 

Why wouldn't they?

 

How would we know how they voted if they're opposed to raising hands?

So you think they can raise their hands enough to fill out a ballot? What about the hardcore fundamentalist no-hands-raised sect whose ethics prevent them from raising their hands far enough to write, how do they vote?

 

Where would one go to become more informed about such a sect?
