Yes, Hazmatt, they are clones (as revealed in Episode II: The Attack of the Clones). However, if you look at the results of genetic cloning (based on our own medical technology) you'll always have some sort of outliers from the standard deviation (in otherwords a few random clones that end up being much smarter, much dumber, much more coordinated and yes, much less coordinated). Also, they may have ran out of Jango DNA and had to use inferior DNA that has some gene that affects their ability to shoot things very close to them.

Also note, I know I could have just answered your question in the thread you started, but starting new threads is fun for everyone.

I too would start a new thread, but seem to be too lazy today

I still hold on to the belief it is very possible to have
a StormTrooper force that has few or no clones and that
anyone can be a Trooper.

Clones, as copies, should not last as long as the original,
and (guessing at this point), isn't there some evidence,
that you can only make so many clones from so much donated
DNA _____and with Jango not around, the only way to make more
would be to make a clone of a clone?

Also, there seems to be about 20 years of time that goes by,
and given the accelerated growth of clones, they should all be
middle-aged old people by now.

But mostly, I like the theories of James Gleick.
(See his book on CHAOS as reference by Stephen Hawking
in his book, A Brief History Of Time), he kinda says
even the best structed order is chaotic or will lead to radom order)

also, in ref to clones, and this is from one of my business classes
somewhere:______you can not make two things alike

thus, no to cans of soda are alike in
formula or in amount_____not exactly anyway.

Another example could be,
the most perfect set of identical twins ever born,
which some might argue are even more alike than clones,
still have fundemental physical differences.

Lastly, Han and Luke, show us,
that anyone can wear the armor,
only they seem to be able to shoot better

If Korean scientists are lying about cloning now, how could they clone human a long time ago??? Clearly they sucked, big time.
