    There's a rumor that Ant-man and the Wasp film ends with them being recruited for Infinity War.

    And then the post-credits scene is of Cap asking them to stay shrinked down during Infinity War.

    Thus, people have to re-watch Infinity War again, to see the scenes that Ant-man and Wasp were there the whole time and helping out without people realizing it.

    Oh boy, that trailer was awesome! Looks like it’s going to be just as creative and fun as the first one, or maybe even more.

    I'm curious...

    Black Widow made mention of the fact that Scott and Clint were under house arrest. Why not simply transport them to a more secure facility given that they were escaped criminals, thanks to Captain America? Or maybe the government, despite Ross's bluster, is trying to smooth things over?

    Fandom is always so much fun.

    If that winds up being true then I suppose
    Scott and Clint's avoiding house arrest deals will be broken as quickly as Rhodey told General Ross to take a hike. If Clint winds up being in Ant-Man and the Wasp, I'll go. Otherwise, I'll wait for them to appear in a team movie.

    @PCCViking
    That is an interesting idea, but I would suspect it's the latter simply due to shortcuts with the storytelling. The irony will be if Scott and Clint wind up becoming "criminals" (again in Scott's case) as a result of IW.

    Maybe Ross was gambling that by putting Scott and Clint out there in the world and keeping them under close observation there was a chance that some of the others would eventually reach out to them and he could apprehend them.

    Haven't seen Infinity War yet, so won't comment on the spoilage/theories, but good on Michael Pena for getting billing in the sequel. He was one of the best parts of the first film.

    Well, remember how second part of a two-part episodes have a recap of the first part?

    Well, for Avengers 4, they need to have Michael Pena do the recap before getting into the movie itself: Michael Pena's recap, followed by the title screen of Avengers 4. :p

    Somehow/someway they need Luis and the rest of those "wombats" as Dr. Pym called them, meet up with a couple of the Avengers (won't say which ones due to spoilers) since it be absolutely hilarious and so much fun to watch.

    I didn't have any sort of trailer for this with my viewings of Infinity War, which seemed odd.

    I did get to see a trailer for The Meg, though [face_plain]

    @Bilbo Fett

    Excellent news to go along with Solo tickets hopefully going on sale on Friday *fingers crossed*.

    @Diggy

    Same here, Solo was the big attachment to Infinity War along with The Incredibles 2. I think they are loosening the rules at how many trailers you can show for your own "properties" because that was rarely done before. Now it seems to happen all the time. Perhaps Disney would argue that Infinity War is a "Marvel Movie" while Solo is a "Lucasfilm Movie" and The Incredibles 2 is a "Pixar Movie". That Mouse didn't build the biggest empire ever by being a clown!

    That's a gorgeous poster- also I think that's our first look at several characters, including Michelle.

    They said that Clint and Scott cut a deal for house arrest due to their families.

    I think the idea is to let IW boost Solo & The Incredibles, while Solo and The Incredibles can boost Ant-Man, while also avoiding any MCU stuff that might suggest an effect on IW.

    Plus, I think they wanted to avoid having 50-75% of the pre-show be only Marvel properties (between AM2, DP2 & Venom) so as not to make the audience feel overloaded on the brand. Especially for theaters that only show 3 trailers or so during their preshows.

    Looks great. And finally, a film with a drumming ant.

    But I would like more from the villain.

    Unbridled fun that promises no ashy aftertaste.

    This really does look to be Marvel's dessert movie for that last bit of tucking in on the year.

    And they gave us a peak at Janet in action:
