Art Archive Any ideas for drawing Cloud City?

I am looking for informtion on how to draw clouds on walls that would make my son's room look similar to Cloud City? I thought this would be easy, but I am stuck on the clouds. Any direction would be really appreciated!

Try cutting up some sponges and using them.

 

You could use a data projector to project a picture of clouds or cloud city on to the wall to use as a guide, but most people don't have access to a data projector.
