Just wondering if I will be the only one there who is serving our great country?
How about Ex military? I was an Army reservist until the mid 90's.
Not sure how many active military there are around here...but I do know of lots of ex-military, self included.
Air Force 9 years and proud of it!!
I gotta find an AF t-shirt to wear to Celebration...lol
Maybe I will make a set of camo Jedi robes.
That would be cool!
my dad's retired military.... he ain't going, but does it still count?
I'm beginning to think I can't be too picky.
well, if you think about it, I did spend 14 years in the Air Force, granted I was just a kid, but still!!
I was in the Air National Guard for 10 years...got out in 95....it was a great experience.
My father will be escorting me, and he was in the Air Force for 20 years.
"Escorting"? lol, are you some sort of royalty or something?
semper fi once a marine always a marine i'll see you there
If someone from the Coast Guard would sound off we would have representation from every service.
My dad is going and he is in the Army Reserves.
It's nice to see so many military people around here.
My husband is retired Air Force--he served 21 and 1/2 years (he retired in 1983). We married while I was also active duty Air Force in 1980. We were stationed in England while ROTJ was being filmed. He is accompanying me to Celebration II (a cousin went with me to C1).
i ship out for the air force on may 28th. this will be my last hoorah before i go.....
I was in for about 4yrs. In 1990 I was at Fort Ben Harrison for three months. I didn't get to see much of the town and I won't this time either. My plan is drive stright to the convention center and stright back to the hotel to rest for the next day.
