Any way to get my name changed without registering a new account?

I was just curious if I could get my name that is seen on the forums (dinoX) changed to something else as long as it is available. If not, thats ok, but was just curious if this was possible. Many thanks!

The only way to get a different username is to register a new account. We can't alter existing ones, so if you want a new name, you'll have to essentially start from scratch.

 

It's not possible technically, so you have to register a new account.

 

If you could, do you really think we'd have a mod called "Gandolf the Gray" ?

thanks for the heads up. guess i'll just stick with this name for now. didn't realize how inferior the coding of this board was. most other boards around the net let admins change names. Thanks all.

P.S. Gray and Grey are interchangeable and equally acceptable, like color and colour. Unfortunately, though I did misspell it in terms of his screen name.
