I don't think that list is 100% accurate. There was a thread in the Collecting forum and people said they knew TRU's that'll be open that weren't listed. I'll contact the one in Glen Burnie and see what's up.

Definitely. I don't believe there aren't any TRU's in MD doing the midnight thing. If they did it last time, I'm sure they're doing it now. Everyone make a call to your local TRU and see what's going on. I'll call mine.

 

I may be able to make it. My folks need a ride to BWI that night, if they choose me to take them......I will be there!

Are there any TRU stores in the area doing the midnight opening. Most of the one's I've been to said they didn't know if they were or not. I went to the one in Laurel and Columbia.

 

There is one on the list in Sterling, Va and the Walmart in Martinsburg, WV is open 24 hours and they are having a "Clones" party. After 11, they are encouraging everyone to try and dress alike. I think they picked royal blue slacks and white shirts. They want people visiting at that time to dress like that too and they said they would have specials on store merchandise. They have posters up on the walls.

Guess what! Guess what! Guess what! I don't know if all this talk about SW toys had an effect or what. I bought my very first SW weapon toy. It is a Hasbro EP I Queen Amadala replica blaster that shoots water. I want to use it on Genghis!

I suppose so. My former assistant, Aaron Moats, who is a huge Star Wars fan told me that when EPI stuff came out, the place was a zoo with Wookies and parents with little Jawas in tow. They had free refreshments too. Opened up Pepsi with character faces, served Phantom Menace food, etc.

 

WV is a far drive for midnight. There's gotta be some place in MD doing it.
