Fifteen minutes and it's already set in...

I don't think I can wait another six months or so for more episodes. Darn...

The waiting is going to be the hardest part. :(

But, we still have tomorrow nights marathon to look forward to. :)

I know I will for the next for months.

Clone Wars was pretty good Star Wars.

I enjoy looking forward too, provided forward isn't too far forward. If forward is very very very far forward then looking forward can become a strain... but looking forward just a few months is a good level of forward looking to engage in. However, I don't look forward to looking forward becuse I'm always looking forward and am never in a state of looking forward preparation because as soon as something is forward one can only look forward to it and not look forward to looking forward to it.

    You're forgetting the OT DVDs:
    in approx. 11 months.

(If you plan on buying them; they are SE only. :( )

    :( :_| It's terrible!!!!

Seriously, I'm not sure that making the audience wait 3 months is a right marketing strategy- maybe more guys will hear about the series, still, I fear some might lose interest or forget it...

I don't think so...I kind of like the wait.

Just as an example, I think that the Matrix movies were too close together...I was a little Neo'd out.

Although the LOTR spacing seems just right. Just think of how exciting it'll be to see 11-20.

plutoneam SE's are coming to dvd?!!? I never heard this!

Are they going to be wide screen?

I've never seen the OT in widescreen. :(

Well most DVD's are in widescreen ;)

And it's not confirmed, but a lot of sources are pointing to 'yes'.

I am kind of sad that season one is over. I got excited each night that it came on and rushed to the tv to watch it.

This is depressing - a long 5-month wait until series 2!!!!!

Oh well, it's my birthday on the 22nd March so it will be a great present!

I'm so upset about the absence of CW that I have started doing some of my own pics in the style. Shall I scan 'em?

Yoda_Jedi_Luke - I'm sure no one would complain if you felt like posting the pictures...especially if you do a Wookie one. :)

Thank you! I will! I have done a pic of anankin and obi-wan from ep 3 and i also did a rodian picture (one in cw style and a realistic looking one from my own imagination - well, not really lucas' imagination, but you get the picture - or will when i scan it!)

Just don't post the Episode 3 pictures here - only CW related ones in this board.

What was so nice about Clone Wars was that it was a compressed period of activity... It was night after night after night of Star Wars action. You got accustomed to it. I know I was comforted during the working day that there would be some new Star Wars when I got back home. That was a nice feeling, and I had it for ten consecutive working days. So to go cold turkey after such a pummelling, so to speak, is not nice.

    :(

If it had been more spread out (which, to be honest, its format precluded) then there might not seem like such a void between now and Season 2. But it does, and there is...

    :(

Yeah, maybe it would've been better if it was on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Then we'd still have a few chapters to go :(

    (3 I think)

Sorry about posting that picture and ruining your spoiler-free lives, but i just wanted to show it off because i was waiting so long to get it on-line.

Oh well. I'll get working on some Clone Wars style art straightaway!

P.S- what's your fave quote from Clone Wars series?

One of mine is Anakin saying "I know, I know!" etc, because of the hilarious obviously-not-hayden-christensen voice acting!
