Anyone go to the Grand in BR for midnight showing?

    The projector broke about 15 minutes in, and they had to refund 750 people's tickets. Glad I chose the Rave instead of there.

    You were at the Rave? So was I! I heard about the debacle at the Grand. I would have been really ticked off...to say the least. I guess those things happen, though.

    was there... it was awful... except it didn't break necessarily, they were trying to split the reel into five screens. eventually they got it together but not after ruining the first 40 minutes of the movie.

    i got free tickets to see it again later... but gave them away... wouldn't go back.
