Oceania Anyone here watch Stargate SG1?

Who watched the episode last friday I liked the effect how it flodded and when the ring devices where used the water came splashing down

Yea - that water thing qith Jonas(SP?) was cool.

He can't replace Daniel; Dan's been there from the Movie!

I'm gutted he's not there anymore, no one to keep Jack "in-line". Guess I'll definitely have to buy the DVD's now!

 

Oh yeah...that water effect was so awesome! I loved that shot!!

 

Stargate is fun...the series will end soon though...I think they have a cartoon of stargate afterward...Stargate: Infinity me think

The Starship Troopers cartoon was so awesome! It was way better than the movie!

I would like them to get Atlantis going. It would be a stargate spin-off assumebly set way way back before the burying of Earths Stargates.

 

Starship troopers cartoon was CG - but still an animated childrens programme = cartoon.

I don't really know much about Atlantis, except that Martouf of the Tok'ra is apparently in it.

 

Bugger it...I knew there was something on last night...damn English exam, making me forget about Stargate...

Did anything interesting happen in Stargate last night (the Victorian one ) It needs more guns: it's become too political.

Oh, and thanks Marv for spoiling the fact that Daniel Jackson died!

 

In last nights Victorian one they met up with the robot versions of themselves on a planet controlled by Cronus. Watching the two Jacks trying to beat each other up was hilarious.

And as for violence, you missed seeing Daniel get decapitated.

 

WHAT? He died last night? Whoa...that's a bit too violent...i thought it'd be a big end of season thing! Firm!

 

Actually, it was robot Daniel, but it still looked cool!

Season finale is next week, but it will continue to be screened out here. We have a different schedule to the American screening order.

If I may venture out an opinion: our schedule is perhaps the most random, dodgy schedule in all of Stargate's history! So dodgy that episodes of Home and Away *vomit* are deemed more important than Stargate. You just don't know when/where channel seven are going to stop...or start...

The stargate on on Friday night here in NZ was uber weird!

Put a whole new look on human evolution.

Ice cube lady was freeky at first - but she was quite hot when she was scrubbed up.

This Jonus guy can't compare to Daniel - he just doesn't flow asking questions and trying to establish communications with aliens etc.

We had the ice cube lady ep here last thursday yes she was hot! She reminded me of Lilu from 5th Elemant

 

Channel 7 in Melbourne has finally reached the end of season 4!!!

I must say that Apophis' ship is pretty damn good lookin.

 

It certainly smelled like a season final.

Watched it for the first time in ages last night, and I think I've caught up with the general plot. The last time I watched it was the bugs' previous appearance, I think.

 

Whatever the episode was, it was very, very good. I've discovered what I want in Stargate: more space stuff, "less legislation, more aggravation". Out with the politics! Isn't there an episode next week, Hawk?

 

That ep was the end of the actual season 4 (as shown in the US) but out here we get different scheduling patterns. Thus, we will se the conclusion to that episode (season 5 ep 1) next week, rather than waiting 6 months to see it.


BTW, the "Less Legislation, More Agrivation" policy really starts to take effect mid way through season 5 I am told.....
