FF:QLD Anyone in Townsville?

You mean to say Townsville actually had more than two seasons this year? My memories of the seasons up there are summer and Indian summmer. In other words, hot and hotter.

 

Cairns is hotter and Sil used to be from Cairns .

 

But what a 'her' I am!! You guys sound a bit intimidated by this one little North Queensland chickie. I'm not that scary.

And Cairns is way hotter. It's icky and sticky and humid. Ick.

How is Brisbane's weather anyhow? I need to know what to pack. It's been damn hot up here, so I'm in summer mode already.

 

If you don't break a sweat in Townsville, you'll probably need a jacket down here. It's not that bad. A variety of lightweight clothing will get you by and throw in a jumper just in case. When the wind picks up here, it can get cold rather quickly.

 

So say some, personally I think it's getting too warm of late.

EDIT: By the way if you happen to be here on the 28th you can hang with another bunch of geeks having a BBQ on that day. If you are interested PM me and I'll will get you the details.
