VIDEO Anyone know how to create mods for KOTOR?

Hi guys,

Just wanting to see if anyone here know's how to do mods for KOTOR & if they do, would they be interested in helping me out to create a small mod. (1 custom model lightsaber hilt, 1 random NPC character etc.) I would do this myself, but I have almost no idea how to mod as I'm only just starting to learn myself. Also, I don't expect anyone to do it for free of course. I'll happily pay the person via paypal for their hard work to create the mod for me.
