JCC Anyone NOT playing Mass Effect 3?

Not playing here!

I have very limited interest in gaming, although I've watched through a lot of ME2 and it seems fun. There are just so many more fun things on my agenda, although my guy will probably get it sometime and then he'll have to show me all the new bells & whistles or whatever.

 

Surely the only people not playing Mass Effect 3 are those still playing Skyrim?

Me! I probably will eventually, but I'm working on Skyrim. And then I have a big stack of other games I have to play first, including ME 1 & 2.

I loved both mass effects, though I felt that two was far superior to one.

Mass Effect 3 is closer to ME2...which makes it awesome imo

 

Non-smokers > smokers

 

Not me, sure, but I imagine that there are some nice, decent, good folk out there who happen to smoke.

No desire to play, but I haven't liked fps since Goldeneye, and Perfect Dark, games that old, and I was a teenager at the time, and we couldn't talk smack back in those days over a headset, but WE liked it!!!

 

Currently I am not playing Mass Effect 3. For about 6 hours today, though I was, and I am very happy about that

Shame it destroys my internet usage limit, something non-MMOs don't do since I don't play them online.


Not played any of the Mass Effect games, but 2 was highly rated so I might look into it. Then again, I haven't played Skyrim either.

 

I'm not playing it because it's not available on any platform I have.

 

Still waiting for them to make new Atari games, eh?

 

It's so NOT an FPS. You obviously have an aspect of that but it's much more than running and gunning. The relationships you create with your character and how the game plays out your choices is great. And the powers you have...so much fun.

If I wanted to get into the series, should I start from the first game? Or is it OK just to jump in from part 2?

 

I recommend the whole thing, except for the last five minutes of ME3. The end of ME3 makes me almost wish I never started the series. It's quite possibly the worst ending of any series, ever.

 

Never even seen it played.
