Anyone out there into costuming?

    Looking for resources for building a costume. May lean toward buying as I have no sewing skills and my wife thinks I'm crazy to want to do so (a non-believer, but married her anyway). Both Jedi and Imperial. Thanks!

    I have been sewing since about 1984 so if you have and questions just let me know. I am also thinking of holding a costuming day, as indicated at our last meeting.

    I have two friends who are major Star Wars geeks like me, and they are very skilled in sewing. One of them makes her own costumes constantly. Both of them gladly accept commissions. Reply if you're interested and I'll be glad to put you in touch if they're up to it.
