Anyone still play X-Wing Alliance?

Three Questions:

Does anyone still play X-Wing Alliance online?

Is there anywhere to play now that the Zone doesn't host it?

Would anyone want to host games?

I play it! I would totally do a multiplayer one day.

 

I've been wanting to play for so long, but I've had nowhere and nobody to play with.

 

I'm always up for a good XWA or even XvsT game. As well as a couple other folk here (the trick is, though, managing to get everyone together at a certain day and time for a game). Just PM me and we can launch a game one of these days.

 

We should try to get a game together in the next two weeks.

Could your Computer handle 6 vs. 6 Darth because that's the number we she try to get going.

 

I lost my copy so I just had to place an order on amazon. I couldnt find the damn game anywhere. Man I'm dieing right now does anyone know how to get tie fighter to work on an xp system?

 

I think it can handle that many players, but I'd rather not be the host. PM me whenever you get a definite date for the game. I'm usually good for one on the weekends or weeknights after 9:00PM EST.

 

I love X-Wing Alliance. I am constantly making up Combat Simulator missions from different EU books. I'd join in on the multiplayer fun, but my home computer only has a 56k modem, so I doubt i'll be able to do it.

Hmm. Good point. Who here is on broadband? I have DSL. And XWA on 56K is so-not-fun. I guess I could host then.

I have Cable, DX 9 let me play so you should be good to go.

What EU missions you make Corran?

 

DirectX 9 screws up XWA how? Mind you, I play it from an old PC still on Win98.
