They all do, Canyon Oasis may be too small for our posse.
It's better to have many players in a small map than two in a huge map. C.O. is good, in my experience, for all sort of numbers of players, due to its good visibility. Not that I've been in any big games.
EDIT: That's not to say it isn't boring as hell.
MOTS "Spaceport" rocks for 5 or more players.
Just a pity not everyone has "Mysteries"
I have MOTS.
I downloaded that Naboo level, and I wasn't too impressed with it. It's mostly just one huge open area. Also, I would like to use a level that has guns.
Well, by my clock, game is in a couple of hours or less, so please can we work out what mods and levels we are gonna play so that I can start downloading them? I don't know many, so no suggestions.
I thought the game was tommorow...
Um, yes. I know.
//gives it up, I mean who am I kidding?!//
Ah, good. That's easier, in fact. Still would like a couple of hours notice tomorrow night.
Don't worry about it.
If you guys are still going when I get home from work I'll pop in.
How about Can Yun-O Ace-Is from MLP4 (which I linked to above)?
Also, is a 6 pm EST start time good with everyone? Of course, people can join in late too.
Sounds good I like that Level. Any Mods? I'd like SBX3 with JP's skins if we could.
11 GMT sounds good to me.
No mods please.
I agree with Barns. On both counts.
Okay, we will go with new mods. We still need to decide on the level. Is my suggestion good?
I'm not too bothered which level we play, but no mods.
what time is 11 GMT?
I just want to make sure everyone has the level we use.
I have MLP4 installed.
can i play?
i dont have any mods so if yall do that i can't play.
I don't see why not.
What is your IP, Jeff?
i've never played jk or mots multiplayer before. i never knew how to get the connections in right. so i'll need somebody to walk me through what to do
I'll post my IP before we start the game.
rogue_five, to join a multiplayer game you go to "Multiplayer" from the main JK menu, then "Join Game." Then choose "Internet TCP/IP Connection for DirectPlay." There will be a box for you to enter the IP of the game. Copy the IP address I will post here and enter it in that box. If we are playing Can Yun-O Ace-Is, you will need to have that level installed. Download MLP4, which I linked to earlier, and unzip the .gob file into the /episode directory of your Jedi Knight folder. Hope that helps.
Sorry lads, looks like I won't be around after all, turns out a mate is also home from uni so I'm going to pop round there in a few mins. Have a good one!
