    Yes.

    Mind you, I'm in Philly for most of the year I'm only up in Toronto occassionally.

    However, I would advise going to http://www.saberwars.com/forum/ as there are lots of people interested in lightsabers there and I'm positive you'd run into a few Toronto area folk to recruit there too.
