AOTC at IMAX

Amy I was last in Vegas in June. James and I drove through it. From Interstate 15 I could read 32 billboards with strong sexual undertones.

Before then it was about two years since going.

I know that there's plenty to do other than strippers, hookers, and booze. However, most of it is barely any fun, and overpriced. I think it just boils down to "I don't like Las Vegas."

I agree with Sean that I wish there was more ep. 2, but if they could cut out the lousy "love scenes" I'd be much happier. i've said it so many times before. The two of them are so mechanical.

 

Don't forget the buffets

I am just getting tired of ramen noodles.

 

I used to hate Vegas too, so I understand where you're coming from...but then I took my kids there and we found so much fun stuff to do as a family that my opinion changed. Emily loves the pretty lights and the dolphins at the Mirage. Cubby loves the pirate battle at Treasure Island and the sharks at *thinks* the other tropical themed place at the opposite end of the strip (the one with the ultra cool mini water park). Rick loves getting gelato at the forum shops (can you get good gelato anywhere in Salt Lake?) and I love, um, well I'm easy to please. Did you happen to see the 'bum' poster of all the women bent over in a row with nothing but g-strings on? That's the worst I've seen...but we still get a good laugh out of it when we are in town.

BUFFET! WOOT! The Mirage buffet has all you can eat shrimp and crab legs as well as the best banana cream pie I've ever tasted!

Hmmm I heard a rumor that ATOC was coming to Utah's IMAX like at Thanksgiving point or something, anyone know if this is true?

not to burst anyone's bubble, but i asked my friend the projectionist at thanksgiving point and he said that they are not planning getting it :`{ he did tell me that if they do, he will let me know so i can spread the joy.
