AotC: is there a lot in the novel left out of the movie?

    i thought TPM novel was key in telling about the sith history and darth bane, i am just wondering if this might be the same for AotC.

    and is it really necessary to jump and read the novel ASAP?!!?

    Yes.

    If they had included all of the romance issues in the novel in the movie, it would have been BEST. MOVIE. EVER.

    Seriously, there were a lot of scenes that were deleted or cut down that really made the transition of "No, I don't love you" to "I love you" make much more sense.

    Especially anything involving Padme and her family. Double especially with Padme, Anakin and her family.
