AotC Love Theme on Marimbas

How do you think is this ?



I wouldn't listen to it all day long, but it's interesting, imo

 

I liked it. Though you lose something with the way marimba cuts off the sound so much and doesn't resonate that well. However, I think that the performer has a VERY adept and gentle hand with the instrument, and captures the tenderness of the piece very well.

I know the clarinetist, the person who recorded it.. she goes to my school. I never knew she was a SW fan! That's her boyfriend, Rocky, playing the marimba.

As for the marimba piece, it's... interesting... The guy does have talent, I'll say that.

 

Sithy, I just added things and clarified, since obviously you were CONFUSED +

 

it was interesting....but there seemed to be a lot of parts missing....obviously because you could only play so many parts on a Marimba....still interesting though.

 

Eh. It's an interesting listen once, I guess.
