Well "midgets" must love Lucas, because he sure loves to put them in his movies.

I wonder if there's a "midget interest" group mad at Jackson for LOTR not using "real little people". Poor guys, it's not everyday a movie of Hobbits is made and they choose Elijah Wood!

No. No. NO. I don't think so.

Captain Panaka out-mediocres (it's not a verb, but in the Star Wars Universe (TM), it is now) Ric Olie any day of the week. Ric Olie could pilot a spacecraft and identify people and buildings. Panaka just griped and complained and used that flashy thing to communicate with Padme. Look up "lame" in the dictionary, and sure enough, you'll see a picture of Panaka.

 

There was an article on the "Dug Report" saying Panaka was voted most worthless person in the galaxy. He beat the food stand old lady in TPM that said goodbye to "Ani" in the deleted scenes.
