Ok, not really, just wanted to see (although, I can't) people's reactions. It was alright though. Nothing new except the death sticks thing really. I didn't like how they mixed the songs together though, I would've preferred it if they stuck with one. But overall, it was good.

 

I thought it was aweseome!

Argggghhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!! That darned close-up of Dooky....just keeps reminding me of that horrid cape I have to finish...




Seriously though....that was awesome!!!!!

 

I would have LIKED to see the video.

UNFORTUNATELY since I seem to have reverse Midas touch with computers where everything I touch on them turns to not working I am unable to...

 

That was. . . . Everything we've already seen. . . . I don't know if it was the same as last year, where they show footage thats already been released, but it was all four trailers meshed together ending the same as Clone Wars, with out the release date, and such and put to different music. . . I don't know, I was expecting something different

There wasn't too much to expect. It was still a great video. The average MTV viewer hasn't seen all 4 trailers. There were some extended shots as well as the opening "Death Sticks" sequence.

In the Duel of the Fates video back in 1999, It was simply footage from the 2 trailers that were released, and they mixed in a little bit of Behind the scenes footage. Other than that, there was no need to expect a whole lot of new clips to be released.

And by the way, there is no character named "Dooky". The closeup of Dooku, however, was not new. It was merely another shot recycled from Clone War.

 

Nick, I'm just saying I was hoping for more behind the scenes stuff. Grrr. . .

Well I was hanging around the AOTC Music Thread in AOTC spoilers, and the reaction was somewhat the same. There was actually nothing special about the behind-the scenes stuff in DOTF. Just a few shots of Ewan getting his hair cut as well as filming the crowd for the Podrace. Both music videos didn't have to be the same. That's why they made Across the Stars include several themes.

The only thing disappointing about the 23rd was not getting a ticket sales date
