Thanks! And a big thanks to s65horsey as well for putting so much effort into running the longest Apples to Apples game ever! I won't know what to do with all this spare time now that it's over!

About the debriefing -- I definitely liked the second format! I don't remember ever playing the real Apples to Apples like that, but I think it has the potential to be a lot more amusing.

 

I too really enjoyed the second format. The first is fun too, but the second blew it out of the water.

Second format for me too. It eliminates that element of 'but I've got utter shavit in my hand right now!' and makes it more about what you know and can find out.

Does this mean a new game will be starting? I have been wanting to play for so long now.

 

I liked the second version, too. Toward the end there, my hand was looking really bad. I mean, REALLY bad. At least with the second one, I had a fighting chance.

 

Ok I think we can do another game and try it as the second version only. I have to say that it went very well, much better than I thought it was going to so I'm up for it. Since Runjedirun was such and avid follower of our game I'm going to sign him up to start us off.
