Evan, IN *April 11 General Meeting*

Yay for GM!!! Saturday at 4:30! Here's the agenda:

-Book Club update
-Collecting/Collecting Club update
-Costuming/Prop Building Club update
-Website update
-Events update
-General business

WE ARE GOING TO IRON OUT EVERYTHING FOR FCBD. BE THERE. Hope to see you there! Post if you're coming!

Also, afterward, we were thinking of going bowling. Matt and I have quite a few free passes for both Willow Lanes and AMF. There's a new Doctor Who on Saturday too, so we were thinking that after bowling, maybe spaghetti and Doctor Who at our apartment. Let us know if you're interested!

 

I will be there. However, having just one meeting to hammer FCBD out may prove to be difficult and decisions may be rushed.

A few suggestions...

You may want to start a separate thread for just FCBD for those who cannot attend this Saturday. Just an idea.

also

having a 2nd meeting this month to finalize FCBD plans might be a necessity so I don't mind sacrificing (that's a stretch)
the collectors club meeting this month in order to accomplish that. There isn't crap happening for Star Wars in terms of collecting.

Thoughts?

Why do I ask?

Cause over the past 2 years I have witnessed approx 17 DIFFERENT people grace our meetings and now we get maybe 4-5 at very best.
Darth Real-Life or not 1 Saturday a month isn't a stretch.

 

I will be there for FCBD. i will be bringing my Iron Man suit

I will also have my Halo suit there and my Vader suit there. Madison will have his Batman suit there and more than likely bring his Luke Bespin suit. We will more than likely bring some more goodys to add to a table or something. I have also posted this on the 501st MSG boards. Possibly to get more people to come to it from KY. More than likely there wont be to many other people but hey its always worth it to see if anyone is interested.

 

I'm cool with using the Collector's club meeting as a second FCBD meeting. I'll also try to get a thread posted for FCBD by the time of the GM.

 

Will it be accompanied by your meatballs?
