    It was good times. I don't think I've ever seen such a well-established, intelligent member actually fall for an April Fool's prank on the boards. :p

    When I was 7, my cousin (who was 11 months younger than I and born on March 31) and I got into a fight at her house just before her birthday party. The parents sided with her (I don't even remember what the fight was about) and I went into the house all upset. Standing in the kitchen, I saw her birthday pinata with the bottom not yet attached. In the nearby trash were bones from the previous night's chicken. The candy went into the drawer, the bones into the pinata, and I somehow closed it up enough that none of the adults suspected anything.

    When my cousin hit it and the bones fell out, I pointed and said, "You killed it!"

    I don't remember anything after that.

    I went to work in multicolored Dr. Seuss pajamas, fuzzy slippers, and a red plaid bathrobe. The real fun started when I continued with the day's errands, going to the grocery store, the mall, the post office...

    I said several years ago than any effort trying to come with an AF joke, or with anything moderately creative actually, was totally wasted on the JCC. The only way to deal with JCC and not go crazy is via a minimum effort philosophy. You are bitter, ungrateful and miserable little people. The best joke is to let you fester in your own misery for another day and keep enjoying watching you waste your lives away and get closer and closer to your lonely deaths.
