Nah, blue boy looked at sculptures too .... but it would have to be a sculpture Ackbar likes, not one of him. :p

Oh also I'd have to be a crazy Sherlock-ian nigh-mind reader. Minor details.

He doesn't have to like it personally, it has to have been done by a Mon Cal. So unless there's one working at Gentle Giant...

    I'm afraid I can't do that, Nick.

I'm only celebrating Ackbar's championing of the fish prince.

Finally got around to start watching the third season of The Walking Dead. So far, it's exponentially better than anything the show has done so far. I'm particularly liking how Rick is becoming much closer to the morally grey Rick we see in the comics (arguably even more so, with the "**** happens" scene).

Color me very skeptical as well, but they recently did a preview that actually makes it sound very interesting (what can I say, I'm a sucker for episodic content). That said, I don't understand why they couldn't just make it for the 3ds or Vita... I'll freely admit a bias towards mobile games.

Guess what I had at lunch today? [face_dunno]

    What, no guesses? [face_nail_biting]

Oh wait, you all have already probably guessed. [face_idea]

Deep fried calamari. And it was delicious. [face_devil][face_skull][face_devil]

I still recall the way my friend GrandAdmiralJello recoiled the first time he saw me post about my love of fried calamari. I just can't pass at the opportunity. Does that make me a monster? An in-human liar? Wait... quoting Trioculous isn't helping, is it?

...of course. You're no Galactic Alliance loyalist! You're a SITH! The Usurper put you in place to undermine Mon Cola in advance of his invasion.... double agent!

Just wait until Stazi hears about this...

So I've been playing the crap out of State of Decay the past few days and absolutely love it. It's what I have always wanted out of a zombie game. Has anybody else played it?

To those of you who have some idea of what the GoT finale will entail: I can't watch it until Monday night; how dangerous will the internet be to me for those 24 hours? Is there anything else enormous about to drop?

Nothing on the scale of last week, but there might be a big event as the final scene, as GoT has done in the past two seasons.

Potentially, depending on what characters you like, though most of the next WTF stuff will likely come in Season 4, unless they really shift several things way ahead.

Related question: I read that the Red Wedding is around 2/3 of the way through SoS. Is there really enough left in that one book to do a whole other season?

Given the length of Martin's books?

    Yes. Yes, there is.

Pretty easily actually, alone with the stuff Tyrion, Jaime, Brienn, Sansa, Littlefinger, Stannis, Jon and Mance still have open in Book 3 . Also the Greyjoys have been scarcely touched on and became way more central later on.

Oh, yeah, I hadn't considered that they might have been shifting things around within the book.

This is actually jumping off of what we were just saying in the interview thread, but for the sake of not getting too off-topic, I'm putting it here: for those of you who are hardcore book fans that think the show is a pale reflection: what are you going to do when the show passes the books? How will you feel about GoT spoilers then, I wonder?
