I thought tCW was still canon?
Now, now -- he asked for official, not canon. Even before the EU announcement there was such a thing as an officially non-canon artwork. I mean, that was basically all of Visions.
Missa ab iPhona mea est.
You ask the most random questions. I feel like you must have some extremely slow-moving Star Wars trivia contest running in another tab at all times.
I would respond but I didn't read AFS' post because she's a giiiiirrrrl.
You actually made me laugh out loud, good that I am home.
We believe in one Canon, New EU,
the only canon of Star Wars,
eternally begotten of the Story Group,
Canon from Canon, Continuity from Continuity,
true EU from true EU,
declared, not made,
of one canon with the Films.
Through the EU all things were made possible.
For us and for our entertainment
word came down from George:
by the power of the Story Group
canon will still pick from the Legends,
not erased, merely non-canonical.
For casual viewers it was simplified;
suffered death through declaration.
The Story of Skywalker will rise again
in accordance with the Mouse;
directed by JJ Abrahms.
He will come again in glory to judge the OT and the EU,
and his kingdom will have no end.
We believe in the Sequel Trilogy, and all spin-offs,
which proceed from the OT and the PT.
With the OT and the PT it is worshiped and glorified.
George has spoken through the Prophets.
We believe in one holy canon and apostolic continuity.
We acknowledge one for the resolution of retcons.
We look for the resurrection of the non-canon,
and the continuity of the EU to come. Amen.
to give some examples: in tCW the mandolorian art we see is clearly inspired by or a directly homage to Pablo Picasso
I am starting to think that something along the lines of say a Jensen Ackles vs. Emma Stone gif-off might improve everyone's mood around here in light of the disappointing development that has occurred with the fate of the EU in the wake of new films. I have been pretty much universally entertained by gifs featuring them. The only problem with this idea is I don't have any gifs to start off such an endeavor.
You have no Winchester gifs!?
Here you go.
I don't have any gifs, at all.
Aha, that explain it. I don't watch that show
Seriously, dude. Bookmarks. BOOKMARKS.
Did his head just spin around 360-degrees?
No, you imagined it.
I love game glitches.
Do I have to unleash Chaplain Action on yer arse?
Urk, I have so much problem with the way that series went after Ellis left
Oh, I enjoyed the carnage greatly - although the one to really seek out is Brubaker's arc, some really good stuff there.
Yep, can definitely see the influence of Guérnica in your third example. Though in reverse: in Guérnica the viewer is supposed to sympathize with the floppy, cartoonish-looking distraught people, and here it's obviously the opposite.
I'd help you out, but all my gifs are atomic explosions and scientists.
