Man, there's been so much Star Wars business going on that I forgot for a while that SHIELD totally made a

Now that HIMYM has ended (disastrously), I would love to see Maria Hill show up more on Shield. Maybe not as a regular, but as a recurring character. With SHIELD's resources gone, she would be a great conduit to funnel Stark Industries resources to Coulson's team.

 

SHIELD has certainly gotten better since the events of Captain America 2. Still don't anticipate it as much as Arrow, but better for sure. I did like the Iron-Man connections last episode as well, including having the actor who voices Tony Stark in the cartoons show up in the series.

 

As who? I don't watch the cartoons.

 

I would imagine darthscott may be referring to the four Marvel Anime shows from a few years back on G4, but known my luck and relatively limited knowledge of such things, its probably something else entirely.

 

Col. Glenn Talbot, played by the actor from Heroes, he is Tony Stark in Avengers Assemble and other cartoon movies.

 

Oh, damn, didn't know that. Only know him from Heroes.

 

I want to know where this level of acting and writing has been all season. Because I actually enjoyed watching the show after a lot of hate-watching until the events of Uprising (and Uprising wasn't great...merely good) and now I'm looking forward to seeing it.

Also, the actor playing Ward is suddenly blowing the roof off. I feel bad because I have no idea why they couldn't have managed this level from the start.

 

I know, its like night and day all of a sudden. I was also impressed Skye took the time to read the history of SHIELD.

My exhaustively (kinda) reserched Star Wars project is almost done now. Soon it will be posted, and then probably ripped to shreds. But that shan't stop me!

 

I haven't looked at the details but yeah, that could really work. It's a real shame Hickman hasn't returned to that world because it was one of his best.

 

I disagree; I think it's better as a standalone.

Anybody else here who have seen Ong-Bak and/or Ong-Bak 2?

 

I saw the first one when it first came out. Liked it a lot.

Never saw the second.

 

Been meaning to, but haven't gotten around to it yet.

 

The bulk of PR is, but those last few pages really pack a lot of stuff in I'd like to get a fuller take of.
