I hadn't heard of this Luigi thing until ten hours ago and I'm already over it.

Eh, I'm never one to retire the Saget icon for too long a time. But still, I can't not find this new meme hilarious.

Okay, I started on Hawkeye. The pose was a tricky pain in the ass mess of wonky anatomy and weird foreshortening. Now I'm not sure which costume would be best to show off Hawkeye's best parts.

    Ideas?

I'm considering his Avengers uniform, as it's the closest to Catwoman's catsuit (lolpun). Generally, I use his classic costume with the loincloth.

If you use the loincloth outfit my work filter is going to start blocking this site.

Oh hey, Ultimate Hawkeye has a bit of a Catwomanish feel to him.

I started on the Avengers Hawkeye costume because I found a nice model sheet for it.

C'mon, forget about the "hats". I just ran through the haunted ruins of Roman baths in Romania and battled the undead hordes of the Sol Invictus cult in Egypt. Plus had to research morse code, classical music and chemical equations to solve puzzles. How are you not playing this?

Wow. He's got very... perky buttcheeks. And is apparently double-jointed in more than one place along his leg. :p

    On another topic altogether:

Curiosity piqued... what does the research on classical music entail?

    On a more serious note:

"Soldiers, Sailors and Airmen of the Allied Expeditionary Force!

You are about to embark upon the Great Crusade, toward which we have striven these many months. The eyes of the world are upon you. The hopes and prayers of liberty-loving people everywhere march with you. In company with our brave Allies and brothers-in-arms on other Fronts, you will bring about the destruction of the German war machine, the elimination of Nazi tyranny over the oppressed peoples of Europe, and security for ourselves in a free world.

Your task will not be an easy one. Your enemy is well trained, well equipped and battle hardened. He will fight savagely.
But this is the year 1944! Much has happened since the Nazi triumphs of 1940-41. The United Nations have inflicted upon the Germans great defeats, in open battle, man-to-man. Our air offensive has seriously reduced their strength in the air and their capacity to wage war on the ground. Our Home Fronts have given us an overwhelming superiority in weapons and munitions of war, and placed at our disposal great reserves of trained fighting men. The tide has turned! The free men of the world are marching together to Victory!

I have full confidence in your courage and devotion to duty and skill in battle.

We will accept nothing less than full Victory! Good luck! And let us beseech the blessing of Almighty God upon this great and noble undertaking."

--General Dwight D. Eisenhower, Supreme Allied Commander

Today, I tip my hat in thanks & admiration of the 160,000 brave American, British, Canadian, and Free French forces that landed on the beaches of Normandy 70 years ago today. The world is a better place thanks to their efforts. [face_flag]

I christened my new sketch book with Clint's crotch. Nothing will measure up, so everything I draw afterward will be a total letdown.
