ARC Troopers

    Did the ARC Troopers of the Republic become anything specil after Order 66? Like high ranking commanders, er what? They couldn't just have become normal soldiers...

    There was an article on WotC's Star Wars site that said ARCs may not have been affected by Order 66 at all. Some may have turned anyway, but it opens for the possibility that ARCs defected when the clones started killing Jedi

    We don't know yet at this point. It's possible the ARC's didn't obey Order 66 since they weren't part of the original clone order, but rather Jango Fett-directed add-ons. It's likely Palpatine replaced them with the Clone Commanders because of this.
