As previously mentioned in the "Beer Meeting" thread, we have decided to have a monthly or semi-monthly "Social/Meeting." These events will be nothing elaborate, more like everyone meeting at this restaurant or that bowling place. This way who ever can/wants to can get together on a semi-regular basis. We would still have the bigger regular meetings like we are having them now, on a semi-regular basis when some of our traveling members make it back home.

For February bowling has been mentioned. I don't know if a Friday or a Saturday might be better this time. We have to consider leagues and all that. The 20-21 weekend or the 27-28 weekend both look promising. We need a definite location and date/time soon, like within the next couple days. I would like to get this posted to the main boards if at all possible.

Also if there are any ideas for March, post 'em here!

That sounds like a great idea. I love bowling!! I'm getting busier lately, stage combat is every Sat. I think for a few more weeks. I don't have to go to every rehersal meeting for faire this year, so that's good.

The NASCAR place at the Mills has Lazer Tag and a go-kart track now, but I'm not sure if you are all racing fans and would want to do go-kart stuff. ;)

Isn't there a bowling place in there now? That'd be an idea. Who all could make it to the Mills?

The Mills is a new mall somewhere or other.

I don't care what it is, but I would like to have a get together in March... the 23-25 or the 27th (my birthday is the 26th :D and I'm going to PA for the weekend before) would be nice if it was in Illi, but I'm not goina be picky, as long as its near a metro station :p

    March is a will do!!
Also, the Mills is a new mall off MO Bottom Rd. A Metro-link pick up as always, can be arranged.

Hmm, sounds interesting, but I say if we bowl, crest or mills, I'm really interested in the mills, I've never tried bowling there before. Sounds fun either way!

Tim - The parade is in Soulard and it starts at 11am. Go to Soulard.com for the route and other stuff. (shameless plug) Picklebucket plays at The Little Easy following the parade along with Five Times Zero. Original music, 80s and current covers are on the list...in a heated tent.

I'm totally up for bowling. Although I am left handed and Polish. :p
