Are all the Skywalkers strong in the force?

Are all the skywalkers strong in the force naturally? As they are the decent of Anikan,who is suppose to be born through the force. Making there blood line the actual Force?

I might have got a bit confused with this, but the way I saw it was they were bloodline to the force, which gave them an edge over other force users.

Anikan was created by the force, so that would mean him and Shmi don't share DNA? From what I can gather she was just the "carrier", his true parent was the force.

All the Skywalers after Shmi are strong in the force and can use it although this only includes Luke, Anakin, Leia and Ben
