Are backpacks okay to bring?

I remember reading somewhere about backpacks and could not remember if they are allowed or not. I plan on getting a new backpack this week so I can carry all the film for my camera.

 

I seem to recall backpacks are ok, they will be putting a "great emphasis on badge and bag check at the major gathering areas."

 

I'd say they're a neccessity.

I guess since this is a backpack thread I will say this here. I noticed a couple of weeks ago while scavenging with my friend that at Hot Topic that they had a really nice Stormtrooper messanger bag. It was the anime Stormie and on the inside flap it had several frames from the various anime versions of the movie on it. Just a thought if you haven't a bag or want something new to to take to the Celebration. oh, I believe it was somewhere in the market of $30. Enjoy...
