    I've always been partial to "She's Gone" [face_love] [face_love]

Video sucks but the song is great.

If you replaced Mariah Carey with The Beatles, then I'd say 'me'.

Hall and Oates' performance at Live Aid with The ex-Temptations guys (Ruffin & Kendricks) was one of the absolute highlights of the Philly show.

Ghost writers? Like the abundance of ghost writers that helped H&O out. :p

Actually I haven't seen Spinal Tap yet, so I can't really compare. [face_blush] I definitely plan to, though, I've heard many times that it's a classic.

Brett Hull and Adam Oates were one of the best right wing/center combinations when they played for the St. Louis Blues in the early 90's.

    Great duo for sure.

My favorite blue-eyed soul songs: Rich Girl, I Can't Go for That, She's Gone. She's Gone is the only one that I can remember them sharing the lead. I can't remember any songs with John Oates singing the lead.

    o_O

I don't think the Kendricks & Ruffin bit is on YouTube (but it's worth buying/hiring/borriwing the DVD for). Of course both those 2 legendary singers have subsequently passed away. :(

You'd never find John Lemon embracing Christmas like Hall and Oates do. (War is Over) is piddling tripe compared to the glory that is

Hall and Oates - Jingle Bell Rock.

Rejoice and be glad in it.
