ST Are Snoke and Palpatine the same person.... reincarnated?

I just watched ROTS and remembered many years ago I asked Pablo Hilgo about the drastic change in Palpatines monster voice right when Anakin turns to the darkside. He responded by saying he was going thru some heavy changes. On tonights viewing of ROTS I immediately noticed that his voice in those scenes are strikingly simmalar to Serkis's voice in the new tv spot. With Serkis saying Snoke has been thru alot of damage, could it be possible Snoke is actually a reincarnate of Palpatine using what Plageuis taught him and came back to life?

I think you might be onto something. Maybe we are not done with Palpatine just yet.

 

I highly doubt it but Palpatine actually used an evil voice a little even before that damage and Anakin turning when he revealed he was a Sith to Anakin. I just assumed it was a combo of being badly damaged by Mace Windu from his own lightning reflecting back on him with no energy being used for defense and him being in a real evil mode at that time.

 

Legends says his power is unlimited so you never know...

But personally I hope not.

 

Listening to the comparison I would have to say Snoke has Palpatine beat in the evil voice department a little.
