PT Are the SW Prequels the best Trilogy of any movie franchise?

    I think the PT is VERY underrated, and for some reason gets alot of criticism. Just looking at the PT as a trilogy first (Looking at as a Saga is another debate), I can't think of another franchise trilogy that is better?

    What do you guys think?

    PT would be my favorite trilogy, but that's because it suits my interests. I couldn't objectively compare it to other franchises as they don't interest me as much. They may very well be very good, just not for me. In the end It's kinda like asking which is the best tasting fruit, can there really be a truly "right" answer?

    It's a great trilogy, no doubt about it. It starts out all happy-go-lucky and gets gradually heavier until it's fully transformed into the greatest tragedy in the history of fantasy movies.

    The Star Wars prequel trilogy isn't even the best trilogy in the Star Wars franchise.
