    maybe an angle like race well come into the galaxy to defeat the vong.

    Considering all the vile races out there, I doubt the Vong would be the demons of Star Wars.

    Why wouldn't Vader think he could beat Luke in ESB? He killed him in SotME or nearly so. If not for the Kaiburr crystal ,Luke would have been dead.
