Well, hello there...

 

When I was a sophomore in high school, I took an introductory computer class, and one of my assignments was to design a restaurant menu. My buddy and I included cheesecake, although he misspelled it as "chesscake". Bonehead.

Oh yum. I love cheesecake. I make a good one from scratch.

 

I've never had one from scratch...

I'm not that good of a cook. Though, I can cook a mean pasta dinner and such.
