Are you a leader or a follower?

I'm a follower. I'm not a leader...yet!

 

A leader

 

Most of the time I'm pretty laid-back and unassuming and fine with just going along. When the crap hits the fan I tend to become a leader, though.

 

I'm a leader.. I work the best when I draw out the plans and help coordinate issues, but I'm no good at actually carrying out the plans set forth by others.

I'm too much of a loner.

 

Depends on the situation. I don't mind taking orders from other people, but if things start really going bad I'm most likely going to step in and do something.

 

Depends on if I like the current leadership.

 

LOL, when I reasd the title I said to myself "Depends on the situation, but I doubt if that's an option"

I can follow very well, but I recently discovered that I really like leading (providing that I know what I'm doing). So it depends.

 

I can do either.
but i'm really very independant, so i avoid following so much, i don't like being dependant.

and i don't go out of my way to be the one in charge. I do my own thing, and sometimes people admire that and follow me. I don't command them too.

 

It Definately Depends on the Situation.

At work I am more of a leader, ordering people around, putting them to work, etc. In more social situations I am more of a follower.

Depends really. I've enjoyed being a Prefect for the House Cup, which involves leading to an extent, but often I'm happy to do just what I'm told.

If it's something I enjoy or know I'm good at, then I'm happy leading, but otherwise I'm scared of leading people in the wrong direction so I just sit back and let someone who wants to take control do so.

I can follow a good leader, but if I don't think the current leadership is doing a good job, I take over.

 

I'm more of a loner than anything else, but if push comes to shove, I will assert my dominance. yeah, but I'm mostly content to just sit in the back and laugh at all the idiots who actually care about how "leadery" they're percieved. //shakes head sadly

 

Could I just be a follower for once? It seems I'm always having to lead everywhere. Oh well! I guess I take it upon myself.

Depends on the situation. I prefer to follow a good leader, but if in a situation where nobody else wants to lead, I can step in, no problem.

im a leader, im 20 and in a group from 17-27 and people come to me about problems, what to do for recreation...
yeah it gets annoying sometimes, but what can one do.
