Are You George Lucas?

Star Wars Celebration Europe is looking for a George Lucas or two (or 20). In homage to the creator of Star Wars, any person who shares his name will be admitted FREE of charge to the event.

Well I'll be expecting half of my ticket price back since at least I am a George!

 

I doubt you'll get very far unless you have a Lucas in there somewhere...

I wonder if anyone would try forging something! something like this is just open to fraud! or am I being cynical?

 

Hmm, could be interesting if the real George Lucas enters and some lookalikee shouts "imposter".

 

I actually have a feeling that Georgie Boy is going to turn up! he's been in London a lot recently in relation to the pre-production on Indy IV so he may be around! How brilliant would that be?

 

I thought the same thing too after reading about this, would make for a cool photo op if the Maker did turn up

 

Are flanel shirts even still available these days?

 

Yep - still around. Land's End sells them in their winter catalogs. I have a couple I wear around the flat when it is chilly.

 

What if I change my name just for this?
