Are Yuuzhan Vong capable of producing tear? Can they cry?

Is it anatomically possible for the Yuuzhan Vong species to produces tears from glands in their eyes as humans do?

 

I for one have no idea, however if they do they probably just do it to clean bacteria or Paelbryn boyls out of their eyes.

Their young may cry but they probably get beaten for doing it.

 

Well, I suppose being humanoids they would... though they could just have two eyelids.

 

In Conquest, Nen Yim's eyes started to tear up when she got her new hand. They were described as 'tears of shame,' so presumably there are shamed ones who cry.

 

I'd say it depends on the Vong. Since their into self-mutilation, some of them have probalby had something done to their tear ducts to prevent them from being able to do so.

 

If you shoot em in the eyes they'll bleed...it's kinda like crying.
