No, there is an expo center that is inside and air conditioned. along with several lecture/office rooms as well. Granted Garrison ave did cross my mind and I am friends with the HR of the Holiday Inn there. However, the rates would be ENORMOUSLY high.
I have also been contacted by members of the council saying to pretty much not include this group on my page. Coming into this I didn't think it was going to be a secret society, so in light of that I will just have to go at it alone come what may. I appreciate everyone's input and offers of help. I just do not see this thing going in the direction of ArkanSith hosted any longer. Thank you all for your support.
